By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with ZENTRAVYX LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
ZENTRAVYX LLC provides digital advertising management services, primarily focused on Google Ads campaign strategy, creation, management, and optimization. The specific scope of services and fees are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work agreed upon by both parties.
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information, grant necessary account access, ensure your advertising content complies with Google's policies and applicable laws, and pay all fees in a timely manner.
Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed directly to your own Google Ads account. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless a longer term is specified. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you retain full ownership of and access to your Google Ads accounts and all associated data.
Upon full payment, you own all campaign assets and ad creatives developed specifically for you. ZENTRAVYX LLC retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, and processes.
We cannot guarantee specific results, including particular ROAS, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and Google's algorithms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENTRAVYX LLC's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
